Where can I pick up and drop off the car?

We deliver the car directly to your home at the time that is most convenient for you, and you can also return it to your hotel or accommodation. Just contact us to arrange pick-up and drop-off with at least 1 day’s notice.

Can I drop off the car at a different location or in another city from where I picked it up?

You can drop off the car anywhere in Milan at no extra cost. You can also choose to continue your journey outside Milan and drop off the car anywhere in Europe; we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please give us at least 12 hours’ notice if you decide to change the drop-off location. Costs may vary.

What documents will I need to rent a car?
For EU and USA residents: Driver’s license, Passport or ID card, Credit card
For Non-EU residents: Driver’s license, International driver’s license, Passport, Credit card

What is included in the rental?
All our rates are ALL INCLUSIVE and tailored to your specific needs, so you can be sure there will be no surprises or additional costs at the end of the rental. You only pay for fuel and tolls.

Do I need to return the car with a full tank?
Usually all our cars are delivered with a full tank; please return the car with the same fuel level it had at delivery. Petrol (E5) usually has a green handle, while diesel has a yellow handle.

How do tolls work in Italy?
Highways in most of Italy require toll payment. Most of our Premium cars come equipped with TELEPASS, the electronic payment method: just drive through the yellow lanes without stopping or queuing. Payment will be automatically charged to the credit or debit card provided at the end of the rental. If the car you selected does not have Telepass, you will need to go through the BLUE or WHITE lanes, where at the first toll station you will receive a ticket to keep and use at the next toll station to pay.

I will be traveling with small children, do you have the necessary seating?

Yes. We have all the equipment necessary to let your family travel comfortably and safely according to your needs, including cribs for infants, child seats for children aged 3 to 7, and booster seats for children aged 8 to 12.

Can I travel with pets?
Yes. Please inform us if you will be bringing your furry friends along so that we can provide the necessary equipment for your car.
